Our assessment work continues into next week as young people and their Teaching staff work towards national deadlines, with some really great effort and application being demonstrated.

With our final week before the Easter holiday upon us, some important points below and some positive updates of achievement and success.

Track 3 Reports – These are being issued to Families over the coming days and contain the most up to date information we have on the progress of our young adults. The report should help steer conversations at home linked to;

-After school study sessions (see our website and bulletin for our sessions)

-Easter revision sessions (all S4,5,6 have booking details by email)

Murrayfield event – Our young Rugby players had a fantastic event and experience at the National Stadium of Murrayfield last week. See many of our youngsters in action via this video link https://tinyurl.com/4rksekbu and some great photos below / attached.

Further to this, congratulations to Aidan who won East of Scotland Young Person of the Year for contributions to coaching, leading and supporting youth Rugby / Sport.

P7 Maths Challenge – we had a great week last Friday with our many Primary Schools coming up to Leith Academy for a morning of Maths, Numeracy. Well done to all as we begin to move into a busy time with P7 into new S1 transition.

SPOTY2025 – Our Sports Personality of the Year 2025 was a great event. Congratulations to all, but special mention to Hamish Uttley for winning the overall Senior award of the evening based on public vote.
