We have reached the May Day holiday weekend. We are all off on Monday, Staff go back for training on Tuesday and our youngsters return 8.30am on Wednesday.

The W Hotel partnership – Our S3 French learners had an unforgettable experience on Tuesday as they stepped inside the stunning W Hotel at St James Quarter. They enjoyed a guided tour of the hotel’s impressive spaces, including a sneak peek at the luxurious spa. Throughout the visit, pupils discovered how valuable language skills are in the world of work, especially in the hospitality industry. They also had the chance to interview multilingual members of staff and hear first‑hand how speaking different languages has shaped their careers. Mr Zirnheld from Modern Languages.
Support for Families – See information and link if interested. Family Fund is one of the UK’s largest charities supporting families who are raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. We provide grants for essential items, deliver services that help families manage day-to-day challenges, and work closely with families to understand the issues they face. We also work closely with schools and communities to ensure families can access the support available.
