As we enter September next week, it has been another positive and busy week at Leith, some key updates and points below;
Leith Hoodie – Our Leith hoodie is a popular, affordable uniform choice that helps our security and demonstrates pride in Leith. Clubs – As well as our extensive offer of Sports clubs, which will be released soon after today’s Sports Fayre, we have a wide range of lunch time and after school clubs through the week. See details below / attached;
Sports Fayre – Today, Friday, we had our annual Sports fayre to allow pupils to see the wide range of clubs on offer. I would encourage our youngsters to sign up for at least one club per week as this will be a great addition to their academic studies and also allows for skills and friendships to develop, that are important as our pupils get older. Speak to our PE Team if you have any questions.
Duke of Edinburgh Bronze – We are asking for notes of interest from S3 for DofE Bronze. This is a big commitment that involves volunteering, developing a new skill, an overnight expedition and more. You can find more info online DofE – The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award .

S6 want your views – This year a group of our S6 pupils are enrolled in the START programme. This is a competition which tasks pupils to tackle real-world issues through the power of enterprise, replicating the experience of participating in a startup business incubator.
As such, our S6 team are interested in hearing from the local community about the challenges they face. A short questionnaire is linked in the QR code below. If you have a few minutes to complete it will help their work;
