As we enter the September long weekend, well done to all youngsters / families as they come mid-way through the first half term. Schools are closed on Monday, we will see the young people of Leith on Tuesday at 8.25am for an 8.30am start.

S1 Letter – This has been sent by email to S1 Families around break and lunch time procedures. If you didn’t receive this please phone or email the school on 0131 554 0606 or Admin@leith.edin.sch.uk .
S1 Interviews – Our S1’s have a 1to1 with their House Head the coming weeks to check in, discuss what is going well and if they have any questions or concerns. This is a positive and supportive time to further build relationships.
European Day of Languages – Next week Tuesday 20th- Friday 23rd) we will celebrate our over 50 countries and many languages of Leith through our value of Diversity!
There will be 2 quizzes: one for pupils, and we are looking for staff to help us out and wear the badges with the questions (20 needed) the pupils’ quiz will be part of the House competition.
Save the date – Our information evening for S4,5,6 Parents ‘How to pass your National Qualification…’ is on the 28th Sept. Details to follow.
