As we hurtle towards the half term holiday next week we have a big week planned supporting Mental Health, Diversity and our Business Links.

Diversity Day
NEXT THURSDAY – Is our famous Diversity Day where we will have stalls, shows, food, refreshments, performances and many more exciting activities for all Pupils and Parents.
I’m aware S1 and S2 have not seen this before, we essentially come together from 4.45pm to celebrate the Diversity of Leith Academy and Leith as a community.
Parents and Pupils attend heavily with the marketplace opening at 4.45pm in our Main Corridor. The Show begins at 7pm and tickets are available from the School office. I personally will be in attendance with my two kids….hope to see you there.
Mental Health Week Take 2
Our second week of the year where we try to raise awareness and support each other through Mental Health activities. Keep your eye on the bulletin.
Dancers go global
6 dancers across two dance groups are off to Rome for the World Cup! A great achievement and we will be trying to support where we can. Well done to Ellie, Morven, Brooke, Lola, Claire and Madelaine. A world class achievement!
Business Breakfast
Our annual Business Breakfast comes together at Leith Academy on Thursday morning. Our many sustained partners from groups such as the Leith Trust will come together to support young people on what their next steps may look like and the skills / qualities they will need to get there. Hopefully a useful morning for all.
