Key adult will be extended until 9.10am to allow us to issue timetables. Any pupils isolating will collect their timetable on their return or email Mr Stewart through Admin@Leith.edin.sch.uk for an update.

LFD Testing– As with all the mitigations, keep taking the tests and recording them alongside our 2m distance where possible.

S6 Leavers– We had a low key coffee morning with our S6 to wish them all the very best after a really challenging year, a great speech from Sal and a wonderful poem from Kerr was a great end to the session for them. They wanted to thank all staff and families for the ongoing support to help them travel through their time in School.

SQA Levels

We are continuing with the process of checking, analysing and ensuring the data we have is accurate, fair and a good demonstration of how our youngsters learned this year. The Council will write to all pupils, by email on Wed 23rd June with their provisional grades / levels and relevant information.

This situation remains a dynamic one and we will keep you updated as things change or evolve.

P7 into S1

Our virtual transition begins next week with a range of activities and themes to help our P7 get set for the move up to high school. We have a Parent meeting on Monday evening which we hope will of use and relevance.

It’s the beginning of a big deal for Scotland after a 23-year absence. We hope you have a good weekend. We look forward to the new timetable starting on Monday for the final 10 days of an extraordinary year.
