Edinburgh Council has written to all Parents with some updates on various themes including face coverings. The letter is available to view at the bottom of this post.
All pupils and staff will play their part from Monday in responding to the Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister’s request that we should wear a face covering when travelling round the school. This will be important for us in Leith during period changeovers, breaks and lunch for example.
Coverings are not required during lessons, though as before this is welcomed if people feel more comfortable in doing so.
We have started speaking to our Pupils in order to help them prepare and get ready for Monday by having their face covering with them as they enter the building.
